EatFit! We have assembled a delicious array of healthy recipes to give you inspiration and help you stay on track. Each recipe contains a reference guide as to its ‘approximate’ LivFit tick compliance.

Look out for the guide as to whether its best before or after 3pm too.

We are happy to receive your recipes and add them to the site. Just email them to us.
