Pineapple Protein Muffins

Nice sweet muffins without added sugar and NO white flour!

 Ok before or after 3pm 


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup vanilla whey protein
  • 425g tin of crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Light cottage cheese
  • Olive oil cooking spray


  1. mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. place into lightly sprayed bendy muffin cases
  3. place on bottom shelf of 170 degree oven for 15 mins

Serve warm with lowfat yoghurt or stewed fruit. Great for on the run snack and postworkout with your protein shake.
