Mogul Lamb with Turnips

This is an interesting, fragrant winter warmer. Because of the fibrous consistency of Turnips we say they are a carbohydrate that is OK after 3pm. This is due to their lower starch content.

 OK before or after 3pm

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo boneless lamb, cut into large cubes
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger

  • 2 tablespoons ground coriander
