Healthy Breakfasts

Eggs have had a bad wrap in the past. But gone are all the myths of cholesterol issues. Now the most you have to worry about with an egg is “how was the chicken treated?”. On this note, we are fans of free range eggs – great flavours, happy chickens with better diets.

 

Eggs provide such a great source of protein, omega 3’s, they are tasty, affordable and you can do so much with them.

Also on the subject of healthy breakfasts…its hard to go past rolled oats. Oats have a higher concentration of well-balanced protein than other cereals.
