Salads and Salsas

Salads and salsa’s are a great way to get those fruit and vege ticks and to stop yourself from getting bored with the same old same old!

There are so many variations of fruit and salad ingredients these days. The raw vitality of salads is nutritionally excellent.

Eat with the seasons and try to buy local and organic where you can. Ingredients will be fresher, tastier (with less harmful extras such as herbicides and pesticides). Eat from a variety of colours and experiment. Just remember to leave out the fatty dressings!
