Warm Mushroom Salad

Simple to make, tasty interesting and adaptable. The perfect recipe for a 5pm panic moment. This would be a great side to a nice lean piece of beef eye fillet steak.

 OK before or after 3pm

Ingredients

  • 1 tablesppon olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 2 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Spray of olive oil
  • ½ punnet of cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. spray fry pan and with medium heat add mushrooms and garlic and cook until soft.
  2. add balsamic and ground black pepper to taste.
  3. turn off the heat and let them cool until just warm
  4. add to salad mix and cherry tomatoes and Serve immediately.
