Freeze your bananas for a cool summer shake.

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 200ml trim milk
  • 2 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder (Balance or other compliant protein powder brand) whey protein

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients together in a blender , process until smooth.
