Spiced Apple Shake

Add a bit of kick to your shake with this spicy number.

Ingredients

  • 1 peeled and cored apple
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 and ½ cups trim milk
  • 2 scoops Balance vanilla whey protein (or any other brand of compliant protein powder)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients together in a blender , process until smooth.
