Vanilla Berry Blast

Delicious and nutritious. A fast, easy way to get good fibre, nutrients and your protein dose.

Ingredients

  • 3 strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 scoop Balance (or other compliant protein powder brand) vanilla whey protein powder

Instructions

  1. put all ingredients together in a blender , process until smooth.
