

HOW IT USED TO BE
Lara had been a gym goer for a long time and knew how to use exercise to lose weight and tone up. Although back then…she wasn’t working full time. Nor was she a busy mum. She could get the results from her fitness, provided she put a lot of time in. Over the years though, exercise alone didn’t seem enough to budge those stubborn few kg’s. With the rigours of everyday life, the weight snuck on and Lara wanted to do something proactive about it.
THE TURNING POINT
With her 40th birthday coming up, Lara decided to do LivFit:Lean atJustworkout and learn to:
- Maximize her workouts for weight-loss. With less time to get to the gym, she needed a system to be really time-effective.
- Use nutrition know-how in a way that would help her manage her weight and have her family eating healthy on an ongoing basis too
- Use nutrition to help her stay on top of a busy lifestyle, to keep her energised and
feeling great
- Have the support of a LivFit Coach keeping her accountable on a weekly basis and tracking her results
