NGARO'S RADICAL RESHAPE

HOW IT USED TO BE

Despite being a regular gym user Ngaro’s poor nutritional choices were stopping him from getting the results he thought he deserved from his efforts at the gym. Dumbells and barbells featured heavily in his regime with very little cardio training.

THE TURNING POINT

Ngaro’s friends were members of Vibe Fitness and despite being members for a fraction of the time he had been at his gym, they seemed to be more educated, motivated and getting better results. So he decided ‘if you can’t beat them join them’. He invested in the LivFit:Lean programme and personal trainer Tony Ligaliga, who introduced Ngaro to the benefits of cardio training and healthier eating with the LivFit:Lean programme

THE RESULTS

After four rounds of Livfit:Lean under his very loose belt Ngaro is 20kg lighter! Three times a week Tony and Ngaro walk, run and lunge around One Tree Hill together and he has now got his son motivated to do the same.
